Meet the targets and optimizing the plant parameters for maximizing output / efficiency.

Maintaining 100% reliability & availability of plant .

Enhance the changes of key initiatives with MOC; Reducing alarms and alarm analysis; driving other process for improvement.

Diploma/Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering.

Achieve safety and quality standards set by the company through continuous improvement in carrying out audits and taking actions on audit findings.

Training shift engineers for plant operation, plant optimization, startup & trouble shooting

Take charge as a site controller in absence of plant manager.

Auditing Permit to Work documents.

Achieve 100% statutory compliance with respect to plant (Contractors Management).

Monitor the progress of shift engineers & provide input as & when required .

Timely Preparation of Daily production Report, DID & MID accurately and circulating to all concerned.

Monitoring plant parameters and its trends in DCS to check for any deviation from normalcy, ensuring trending of parameters and its operations in range raising flag when not with central teams; coordinating with central team to drive process improvements.

Ensure LLF checks covering all equipment s and initiate action proactively for deviation if noticed.

Plant Field rounds log to be checked & deviations if any to be brought to the notice of the concerned person with priority.

PM / CM compliances in time.

Drive productivity & cost reduction initiatives on continuous basis.

Reporting Near Miss, incident and accident in time & timely closure of its action points.

Drive Safety agenda as per the assigned responsibilities.

Drive Operational Compliances assigned to individual engineers to report in time.

Drive Process directives for its 100% compliance by all team members in site.

Ensure to support for timely compliances connected to Statutory requirements.

Any other Tasks as required by the Plant Manager.
