Role and Responsibilities Lead the financial Accounting, Reporting and Consolidation process, including indirect tax compliance. Oversee the preparation and distribution of financial statements, reports, financial statements, and analyses in accordance with IndAS, IFRS and other applicable accounting standards. Ensure compliance with all tax requirements and regulations with respect to GST, Customs duty, and other indirect taxes Independently oversee statutory audits and its compliances Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and systems that support the overall goals and objectives of the organization. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that financial information is accurate, timely, and relevant to decision making. Provide leadership and direction to the finance and accounting team, including hiring, training, and performance management. Identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities and make recommendations to senior management. Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial service providers. Design the processes in financial accounting, reporting and consolidation in an new ERP development Qualifications: Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance. Minimum of 15 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5-10 years in a leadership role. Skills: Strong knowledge of Ind AS and IFRS and other accounting standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in a high-growth, demanding environment preferred.
