What We re Looking For:

We re searching for a passionate visual designerto join our creative team. As an individual contributor, you ll play a key role in shaping our internal and external communications, working closely with the digital and communications teams to craft messages that resonate with our target audience.

What You ll Be Doing:

As a visual designer, your key responsibilities will include:

• Creating compelling designs that engage, inform, and convert our target audience across various platforms and channels.

• Ensuring that all designs are consistent with our brand strategy and marketing goals.

• Collaborating with writers, marketers, and other team members to visually communicate stories based on written content and discussions.

• Producing a variety of design assets, including social media posts, case studies, brochures, posters, presentations, websites, and more.

To Succeed in This Role, You Should Have:

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in design, fine arts, or a related field from NID or a similar institution.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience designing campaigns, social media content, case studies, brochures, posters, presentations, websites, and other creative assets.

Skills:

• Ability to visually communicate stories based on written content, collaborating with writers and other team members.

• Expertise in design software such as Illustrator and Figma.
