Healthcare Business Analyst (US Healthcare - Payer Experience) - Work with customers and internal stakeholders to create project goals, business, functional & non-functional requirements - Use tools effectively to manage the epics, user stories and tasks - Work with the test leads and product owners to manage the project deliverables - Work with team to monitor and control the timelines associated with deliverables - Work with test team leads to identify acceptance criteria s for the requirements - Conduct customer demos of the deliverables - Conduct retrospective meetings and adjust sprint plans based on priorities - Define and run the sprints from product standpoint - Leverage tools to create workflows and user interface requirements in form of mock ups and wire frames Must have - - Excellent communication skills - Ideally 8+ years of Prior experience of working as Business Analyst - Must be able to product high quality documentation and reports - Must have worked on US healthcare for providers and payers (must have) - Knowledge of Healthcare standards like HL7, FHIR, NCPDP, EDIs - Knowledge of HEDIS, MIPS, MACRA, Value based contracting
