Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RPA Developer with hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere to join our automation team in Goa. This role requires a strong technical background in automation development, coding, and solution design. As a senior contributor, you will be responsible for end-to-end automation from analyzing business requirements to designing, developing, testing, and deploying robust RPA solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End RPA Development:
- Design, develop, test, and support automation solutions using Automation Anywhere, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Requirement Analysis & Solution Design:
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to analyze requirements, evaluate automation feasibility, and design optimized solutions.
Coding & Scripting:
- Utilize programming or scripting languages such as C#, Java, VBScript, or Excel VBA to enhance automation capabilities.
Documentation:
- Create detailed design documents, solution architecture, and test cases aligned with RPA best practices and compliance standards.
Independent Execution:
- Lead automation projects independently from process assessment to deployment and provide post-deployment support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation with a strong focus on Automation Anywhere.
- Proficiency in RPA development, scripting, and testing.
- Working knowledge of at least one programming language: C#, Java, VB Script, or Excel VBA (Macros).
- Ability to independently manage the entire automation lifecycle including feasibility analysis, design, implementation, and deployment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver efficient, robust, and scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Automation Anywhere (A2019 or newer versions).
- Experience with version control systems and deployment tools.
