Devops Engineer Job in Tarams Technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree and 4+ years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Hands on experience with Orchestration tools like Kubernetes, Docker, EKS etc
• Extensive experience with automation/configuration management using Ansible, Terraform, Cloudformation etc.
• Experience with vagrant
• Strong handle on different AWS cloud services like Lambda, S3, EC2, Elasticache, RDS, ELB, IAM, Auto Scaling, Cloudfront, Redis, CLI etc
• Experience with CI / CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab and source control such as GIT.
• Knowledge of any scripting/programming languages
• Strong OS knowledge with Linux/Unix
• Experience with multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Openshift) is a plus
• Experience with capacity planning, load, performance and security testing is a plus
• Awareness of DevSecOps practices - nice to have
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

• Automate and improve development and release processes
• Develop and maintain CI CD pipelines
• Manage & maintain services hosted on AWS
• Server / Application monitoring and maintenance
• Primary point of contact to handle customer issues, provide guidance and recommendations to increase efficiency
• Actively troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing and production, catching and solving issues before launch.
• Continually review and improve processes
