Job Summary

Responsible for food costing, stock management, preparing budget and also MIS reports on day to day basis.Responsible for planning menus, recipe standardisation, training of FandB staff, maintain high standard of guest service in restaurant, bar, banquets, and related areas.

Minimum Requirements

Should be a Hotel Management Graduate. Must possess good working experience in a reputed hotel. Should have excellent communication skills. Must be a computer literate.
