Responsible for procurement of different local and imported items for Networking and system Integration Projects.System Integration Project includes (SI-Telecom, SI- Railway, and SI-Power etc.).

Networking Products (Active & Passive).Active networking Products (HP, Cisco, Juniper, D-Link, DAX Networks, Linksys).Passive Networking Products (Smart link, Tyco Electronics, Molex,Cosmos etc). Processing request for new vendor creation and maintenance of existing vendor records.Preparation of various MIS reports. Well familiar with commercial terms LC.

Responsible for procurement of different local and imported items for Networking and system Integration Projects.System Integration Project includes (SI-Telecom, SI- Railway, and SI-Power etc.).

Networking Products (Active & Passive). Active networking Products (HP, D-Link, ATEN, DAX Networks, Zyxel Technologies, Linksys, Juniper).

Passive Networking Products (Smart link, Dax Networks, Tyco Electronics, Molex etc). Network security products (Check Point, RSA,).

Dealing with different suppliers for inviting quotation. Negotiation with the different vendors on to Special price received from different Regions.

Responsible for key account management for different suppliers. SQA, Supplier evaluation. Generating Purchase Order (PO).

Responsible for Material Dispatches & make plan for dispatches from suppliers side. Rectifying issues comes during Material dispatch.

Coordinating with the F&A team for the Payment processing of different suppliers. Coordinating with the Project Team Members for various issues that comes during the Project execution.

Preparation of various MIS Reports as per management requirement Like total Spend Analysis on Monthly basis and spend analysis supplier wise.

Reporting of credit terms of supplier on monthly basis.Coordination with the Planning team for the timely execution of various projects and alignment of material deliveries as per project requirement.
