Manager Service Sales Job in Targus Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Desired Profile :

Bachelor degree or above. Must have a strong background in either IT Operations or Telecom Business operation Services. Must have a minimum of 8 years experience in either Telecom or IT industries with at least 3 years in marketing or presales roles. Project management experience desirable. Familiar with one or more of the following fields: DC, Call Centre, NOC and other operations management.

Business Process Operations (BPO) management. Familiar with 3rd-Party Outsourcing services (including HR transfer, assets transfer, etc.) Excellent interpersonal communication skills both written and oral. Team Player with excellent inter-team cooperation, organization and coordination skills.

Excellent negotiation skills. Perform in-depth study of Managed Services Business trends globally and competition in the field of Telecom / IT infrastructure and applications services.

Perform demand analysis for targeted clients to identify Managed Services / outsourcing opportunities. This will cover all IT and Telecom business and operational functions, including: BSS, IT services, Application development & maintenance, network and IT tools, as well as analysis of the client's pain points and strategic direction.

Participate and lead in Sales pursuits and design/develop Managed Services solutions to meet the client's requirements.

Participate in and support the all aspects of the sales life cycle (SLC) including solution development, bid management, contract negotiation, SLA/KPI developments and SOW creation.
