Job Summary
Job Description
The business operation will collaborate with the management to execute business strategies, manage our operations, and guarantee customer retention. You will play a pivotal role in creating the budget, and employ strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Request reports from company departments for review on a regular basis.
- Interpret data to generate company and market strategies for implementation.
- Follow up with department heads to ensure proper execution.
- Create a monthly presentation for the Board of Directors meeting.
- Working closely with Head of Business & Operations to lead on company wide strategic priority projects and provide internal consulting
- Emotional intelligence and the ability to establish strong and trusting relationships with peers across the organization at all levels.
- Strong presentation and influencing skills, and the ability to interact with executive level business and Operational partners
- Structured thinking ability to easily break down complex ambiguous problems, evaluate challenges & opportunities, develop sound and robust proposals, and guide organizations to execute against them.
Experience
- Post Graduate/ Bachelor s degree in commerce specialized in Business/Marketing
- 3-6 years of experience in Business .
- Capable of grasping and utilizing complex ideas and strategies.
- Strong ethical leadership abilities.
- Self-Starter and Startup Enthusiast.
