Job Description

The business operation will collaborate with the management to execute business strategies, manage our operations, and guarantee customer retention. You will play a pivotal role in creating the budget, and employ strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Request reports from company departments for review on a regular basis.
• Interpret data to generate company and market strategies for implementation.
• Follow up with department heads to ensure proper execution.
• Create a monthly presentation for the Board of Directors meeting.
• Working closely with Head of Business & Operations to lead on company wide strategic priority projects and provide internal consulting
• Emotional intelligence and the ability to establish strong and trusting relationships with peers across the organization at all levels.
• Strong presentation and influencing skills, and the ability to interact with executive level business and Operational partners
• Structured thinking ability to easily break down complex ambiguous problems, evaluate challenges & opportunities, develop sound and robust proposals, and guide organizations to execute against them.

Experience

• Post Graduate/ Bachelor s degree in commerce specialized in Business/Marketing
• 3-6 years of experience in Business .
• Capable of grasping and utilizing complex ideas and strategies.
• Strong ethical leadership abilities.
• Self-Starter and Startup Enthusiast.
