Roles and Responsibilities

BOP Material Planning and Procurement

• Run BPR every morning
• follow the daily plan and of procurement
• control and manage the inventory
• IN ORDER TO fulfill the production schedule

Procure material on daily basis or Preparing plan for material procurement

• Planning for material for future
• Make 3-month and 6-month plan
• Cross check future panning
• IN ORDER TO make materials ready for the future production

BOP Localization

• Identify and prioritize imported materials to be localized
• form CFT to develop localization plan, identify and develop vendors including selection/qualification
• implement and execute the plan
• IN ORDER TO ensure competitiveness and business benefits.

Procurement & planning for the consumables

• Selection of vendors
• Make yearly contracts with the suppliers
• Supply to the plant
• IN ORDER TO make the consumables readily available when needed

Cost reduction program done through central project

• Lead various projects
• Analyze the total buying
• Select the major business, commodity
• Identify the project through negotiation, development, innovation, changing sources, VA/VE ideas
• IN ORDER TO decrease the overall cost

New development of BOP materials

• Send enquiry based on quotations, sample
• check the quality of the products supplied by vendors
• Identify and develop new source ideas of raw materials
• IN ORDER TO find a better and more feasible source of materials

Payment of the vendors

• Checking and ensuring that the payment is made in time
• IN ORDER TO maintain the uninterrupted supply of the materials
