Job Summary

Position Summary with Job Responsibilities

Purpose of the position:
i. Material Audit function support to Auto and Non-Auto Plants, JLR Plant etc. for Inventory accounting of Raw Material, WIP and Finish Goods etc.
ii. Oversight/Audit of all Material Reconciliation activities & Validation and Execution agency for all Plant Manual consumption

Education-BE ( Mechanical ) , MBA ( Materials )

Relevant Experience:
Must possess overall experience of 8-12 years in the Supply Chain Management, and must possess sound technical knowledge of Material Auditing of minimum 4-6 years

Key Responsibility & Key Tasks:
1 Physical Inventory Audit
Conduct the physical Inventory check for the following:
- Bought out parts as per ABC classification
- WIP shop-made parts on quarterly basis (TML Plant 13025 parts, JLR Plant 7646 parts)
- Non-Auto Parts for Tools, M/C Spares and Indirect Consumables as per ABC classification for all TML Plant (1151,1152 and 1153 14805 parts Parts Coverage
a) Auto parts
- A category-4 times /Year
- B Category -2 times/Year
- C Category Once in 3 years
WIP all parts on quarterly basis

b) Non-auto parts
- A category-2 times /Year
- B Category -1 times/Year
- C Category Once in 2 years
2 End to End Reconciliation High value Parts ( 85 % Consumption value)
Conduct Physical Inventory for all E2E family bought-out parts on a quarterly basis
Verification of E2E family Parts list reconciliation
Review the manual consumption and take up with TS Std1 team for BOM correction 100% E2E Family parts coverage in all 4 quarters
3 MASOP Audit Bought out Parts (Vendor End)
Conduct MASOP Audit at vendors end
Verification of MASOP reconciliation provided from SCM team
Discrepancy posting after receipt of approval as per DOA MASOP reconciliation of all MASOP parts at vendor end (36 Vendors)
4 Inventory Monitoring and Reporting
Prepare shop-wise Inventory reports for Bought-out and shop-made parts
Report Daily receipt Vs. Consumption Report for plant
Report the repeat Manual consumption cases
Analyses and report the data for the statutory compliance which is reviewed by Statutory /Internal Auditor, Finance and senior Management for Inventory Reconciliation process
5 VCMS Online system DCT Clearance
Validation of consumption gaps filled in VCMS Online DCT request
Coordination with all stakeholders like SCM, TS-Std1 and Finance to ensure PCA for manual consumption 100% consumption gaps closure through online system only (NO Manual Intervention)
6 Other Exceptional Reports:
Prepare a list of MASOP Vendor Inventory for cases aging more than 180 days
Prepare and report daily Plant repro and analysis of Top 80% parts value to senior management
Audit Non-moving Plant Inventory
Prepare Part Discrepancy report
Report manual consumption for Bought-out Auto Parts
Ensure Auto and Non-Auto parts inventory coverage as per TML PI Policy
Prepare and report data basis the laid down guidelines of SOX Compliance, Inspection & Supply Float Vehicles verification & Reconciliation
Report End to End Repetitive discrepancy analysis & Control NO Obsolescence- MASOP Inventory
NO Open observation on plant
