Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Quality Focal with a strong background in Aerospace programs and Quality Management Systems. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in cross-functional leadership, compliance, and quality assurance. This role demands a proactive professional who can serve as the primary interface with aerospace clients, ensuring all quality standards, documentation, and processes meet both internal and external expectations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Total Experience: 10 to 12 years, preferably in the Aerospace industry
  • Client Handling: Experience managing aerospace customers is a strong advantage
  • Quality Standards: In-depth knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams across Quality, Delivery, and Production
  • Documentation: Ability to create and manage standard procedures and documents aligned with organizational and customer requirements
  • Decision-Making: Strong independent decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Aerospace Programs: Prior experience with Airbus programs such as A320, A330, A350, and A380 is highly desirable
  • Process Familiarity: Solid understanding of aerospace-specific processes, methods, and tools
  • Proficiency Level: 3 to 3.5 out of 5 in relevant experience and knowledge areas

Technical Skills:

  • Software: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Aerospace Tools: Exposure to tools like Skywise, CLDB, cLIP, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead resolution of quality issues using appropriate methodologies and tools
  • Act as the primary customer representative to interpret and meet specific quality requirements
  • Ensure compliance with QMS standards and support process deployment across teams
  • Monitor and steer activities related to Quality Management, performance tracking, and qualification processes
  • Represent TTL in Design Assurance Team (DAT) meetings with aerospace clients
  • Collaborate with the client s DOA Independent Monitoring (QIO) when required
  • Ensure accurate implementation of all defined procedures (ATMS, QMS) and maintain alignment with client quality expectations
  • Provide guidance on all Design Assurance activities within TTL
  • Maintain and disseminate the latest interface documentation to authorized personnel
  • Ensure TTL procedures are effectively monitored when approved in place of client documents
  • Provide evidence of ongoing monitoring activities to clients upon request
  • Support and coordinate client and regulatory audits, sample checks, and assessments
  • Continuously improve the collaboration interface between the client and TTL
