  • Understand customers business challenges/goals and arrive at value added Technology Solutions, define Technology direction and Roadmap
  • Analyzing and solving complex business and workflow issues with solid scalable technical solutions
  • Design Systems at the component level, make strategic technology choices, and directly supervise the quality of designs and implementation inside and between components
  • Guide a team of Engineers offshore and onsite in design and code
  • Have mastery of relevant technologies including Proprietary languages
  • Ensure Industry defined Best Practices are followed in Design and Coding
  • Work with Sales/Business Development team in identifying new business opportunities with customer and transform to Projects
  • Ensure Design and code quality
  • Work with distributed teams for delivery and execution of Projects Strong compliance to CMMI Processes.
Job Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in the Software Industry
  • At least 3 years of experience in Architecting large projects
  • Troubleshoot deep technical issues
  • Design for scalability and performance
  • Show thought-leadership on next-generation RIA systems
  • Sound Knowledge on latest Architecture trends, Java/J2EE Technologies, Design Patterns, Object-Oriented Programming Concepts
  • Exposure in SQL/NOSQL
  • Skills in different programming languages, frameworks, and processes.
TechnologyJava, J2EE, Angular 8, SQL/NoSQL, Spring, ORM framework like Hibernate, CI & CD tools, SPAs, HTML, JavaScript, SQL/NoSQL, Knowledge on Application servers like Tomcat, WebSphere, RESTful architecture, Build tools, Version Control, Cloud infrastructures like AWS, Azzure.
