Job Summary

Responsibilities Provide L2 support to customers via phone, email, and remote support tools Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to IT hardware, software, and infrastructure Escalate issues to the appropriate tier when required and ensure timely resolution Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and document findings for future reference Manage and update customer incidents in the ticketing system, ensuring appropriate service levels are met Collaborate with the L1 support team to ensure knowledge sharing and communication of customer issues Provide technical advice and guidance to customers and team members Requirements Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in an L2 technical support role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong analytical and problem-solving skills In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure and related technologies including servers, storage, networking, cloud, and virtualization Relevant industry certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, and ITIL Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Benefits Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus
