Job Summary

Role Overview We are looking for proactive and hands-on people who will ensure delivery in multiple facets of a new business vertical within the company. They will have to drive and set up processes for the best onboarding experience for our clients, drive conversions (B2B and B2B2C) and support them. The ideal candidate should thrive on delivering the best customer service at all times and also be prompt and strong in execution. Key Responsibilities Lead end to end onboarding process for customers onto the payment product of Teachmint. Coordinate between different stakeholders such as customers, lending partners, payment gateways, GTM team for customer KYC and onboarding. Prepare summaries and provide daily/ weekly reports about journey of customers. Create and adhere to SOPs and TATs defined for the process. Drive conversions and work towards finding the right scalable solution for the new business with leadership. Suggest improvements in product, offerings via pitch, automations and standardization that result in a business growth. Manage the PG Operations team and ensure team targets are met and adherence to SOPs. Preferred Requirements 2 3 years experience in operations and exposure to inside sales for Fintechs Preferred Prior Experience in B2B2C Lending
