Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: Manage & maintain IT asset & accessories allocation to employees. Provide accurate reports that demonstrate performance, drive improvement, and prevent issues through various dashboard/MIS reports Responsible for the management of IT hardware and accessories within the organization. Planning, monitoring, and recording software license and/or hardware assets to ensure compliance. Will also develop and implement procedures for tracking company assets to oversee quality control throughout their lifecycles. Optimize usage and cost of IT hardware deployments Manage complete asset lifecycle including acquisition, deployment, utilization, tracking, security, and final disposition of IT assets Identify new requirements & prepare various reports & consumption analysis IT Asset record management. Desired Candidate Profile A bachelor s degree equivalent degree will be preferred with relevant experience of 2-5 years. Good knowledge of IT equipment s & spares Printers, Scanners & peripherals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability and experience in executing strategic asset management processes successfully. Immediate joiner
