Job Description

Player/coach role.
Leads and promotes project activities of the Business Intelligence Team in the effective delivery of
information to cross functional business users.
Directs Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse development teams in the areas of scheduling, technical
direction, future planning and standard development practices.
Operates cross functionally as well as manages projects simultaneously and assumes responsibility for
the appropriate architecture and technical implementation.
Collaborates directly with the business and IT Team to conceive and implement innovative and scalable
solutions to satisfy various business challenges and objectives.
Meets scheduled milestones to ensure project/program objectives are met in a timely manner.
Leverages in-depth knowledge of the principles, theories, practices and techniques for managing all
activities from design, development, implementation and transition to steady state.
Develops bench strength within assigned team and develop successors.
Leads and performs product evaluations and proof of concepts for new/emerging technology Business
Intelligence/Analytic solutions to advance the maturity.
Acts as internal consultant to advocate, mentor and change agent for new implemented systems,
applications, tools and technology with special emphasis on Business Intelligence, data management
and data warehouse.
Fosters the Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure fulfillment of companys vision and unity of purpose
