Field Service Engineer Job in Team Management Service

To be attend Field service activities like a) Installation, b) Preventive Maintenance, c) Breakdown service request for all equipment s as per agreed service terms with customer.

To comply with required safety and statutory compliance requirements while executing his job.

To comply with agreed Response Time and Resolution Time in terms of attending service request in field.

To reconcile all fresh and defective materials regularly and within specified schedule

Spares and tools management issued and available with them including reverse logistics for defective materials as specified and established norms

Effective closure of calls within specified timelines, intimation to concerned, either manually, or digitally as prescribed and as per norms.

Skills Required :
Field service experience is preferable.
The candidate should have personal vehicle and driving license.
