Technical System Engineer Job in Team Management Service

Location: Pune or Bangalore locations and will allow for partial remote working
Qualification: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering, double education IT plus Engineering desired
Experience Required: Minimum of 2 Years of IT work experience

Job Description:

Projects & Development
? Work with Project Manager, Customer and Process Analyst to ensure solution meets business requirements
? Create system solution based on functional description
? Configure and test system solution
? Document system configurations
System Administration & Support
? Level 2 support and consultation for applications
? License configuration, monitoring and reporting
? Maintain user profiles and customer environments
Additional responsibilities
? Support Process Analyst with gathering of local business information and by providing application expertise
? Support Engineering IT Manager with creation of metrics as well as license usage projections for budgetary decisions

Skills Required :
?Excellent English and local country language skills
?Two years of working experience with Engineering processes
?Working experience with remote support of an international user community
?Advanced knowledge of MS Windows 10
?Experience with Win Server 2016 or higher and MS Systems Center desired
?Intermediate knowledge of Linux operating systems desired
?Experience with supporting major CAD packages such as CATIA, Creo Parametric, AutoCAD, Siemens NX
?Experience with supporting major CAE packages, such as Abaqus, Nastran, ANSYS, HyperWorks or Siemens Simcenter
?Experience with using a major PLM solution such as PTC Windchill, Teamcenter or SAP PLM desired
?Experience with managing concurrent license pools for Engineering software
?Experience with systems for exchange of technical data (e.g. TRUexchange, OFTP/ENGDAT, OEM Team center clients) desired
?Must possess a disciplined approach and commitment to delivering on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and project go-live dates
