Job Summary
1.Area Survey
2.Meeting with different people in the area ,interacting with them about VCCL and providing them the contact number for future interactions .
3.Gathering information about other MFIs presence in the area and the type of loans provided by them .
4.Analyse potential loan markets and develop referral networks in order to locate prospects for loans
5.Getting data for Basic Information Sheet(BIS).
6.Credit Evaluation.
7.Conducting Compulsory Group Training.
8.Loan Processing.
9.Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy.
10.Relationship Building & Marketing of Products.
11.Collection & Banking
11.MEL Sourcing.
Salary : As per Company policy.
Qualification : Intermediate or Graduate
