Lead Qa Engineer Job in Team Vunet Systems

Roles & Responsibilities

• Guide the team to deliver high-quality products across different platforms
• Setup test automation frameworks for products for Mobile, Web, and API
• Communicating and coordinating defect fixes across multiple product teams
• Ensure that the CI/CD has the right setup and configuration to give the team confidence on new changes
• Review code changes to ensure that quality requirements are met
• Identify defects and own them through the resolution and verification cycle
• Participate in the improvement of product quality and the quality process
• Mentor and train new members.
• Work with the Development team and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Review test cases and automated scripts written by team members.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of QA experience in a similar role with a high-growth company
• Experience in Linux/Python, Shell Scripting or any other scripting language
• Experience with Jenkins, Selenium, Load testing tool capability
• Good background in performance engineering test methodologies
• Knowledge/Experience in the following technologies will be an added plus: Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kafka, Apache Spark, Redis, Cassandra, Hadoop, Docker Containers
• An eye for detail and consistency
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A self-starter, who loves to take on hard problems, enjoys breaking things and working in startup environments.
• Motivation and ability to be productive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals.
• Ability to manage change and be open to it good time management and an ability to work under stress
