Main Purpose
The Associate Developer comes with a strong education background and has the passion and energy to learn new things and make a difference . She / He is responsible to enhance existing features or develop new capabilities as defined in the user story across the teamlease stack. The The key to success for this role is:
- Learning new technology as well enhancing the current technical skills
- Developing features / capabilities for the TEamlease SAAS based products using latest and greatest technology as well as
- Developing Solution at cloud scale
- Working closely with Dev / Dev-ops and support to see that Use experience is a key priority and new capabilities are built taking into account performance , scalability

- Work closely with your dev-lead and QA lead to see that the right features and bugs are assigned to you
