Qualification:-

• Post Graduation in HR /MBA HR / Labour Law/ (Degree in Law is highly preferred).
• Knowledge of PAN India labour compliance across Industries.
• High level energy to articulate customer centricity.
• Growth mindset and solution oriented approach.
• Should have experience in managing mid sized teams.

Desired Competencies :-

• Prior Experience in interacting with Regulatory Officials
• Ability to build upon the current structure /processes to make it more cost effective, efficient and scalable to business growth

Key Responsibilities :-

• Lead the Compliance Consulting Locational Service Delivery teams at PAN India level
• Wall be the Subject matter expert, knowledge champing and own overall service delivery within the SBU
• Leda, develop and monitor the locational service delivery teams to ensure agreed deliverables to the client are met on an ongoing basis
• Provide subject matter expertise/advisory support to clients as required
• Build relationships with senior Regulatory officials in key market/governmentt departments

Competencies and Skills : -

• Age group: 40-50
• Previous experience: 18- 20years
• Relevant Experience: Atleast 12 -15 years in Labour Law compliances either in a corporate or in a consulting Organization
