Responsibilities:-
The associate must complete all topics and tasks assigned during training.

The associate must pass all assessments and technical criteria to qualify for Microsoft

Interview.

The associate must attend at least 90% of training session.
Skills
Must Have

1. 3-5 years of IT Infrastructure Support Experience.

2. Office 365 Administration (management of user, group, license, domain, O365 products

etc.)

3. Basic understanding of SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business

4. Basic concepts of Networking

5. 1-2 years of experience in Skype for Business or Teams administration.

6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

7. Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.

8. Strong customer focus.

9. Experience resolving complex technical issues in a mission critical environment.

10. Proven ability to accurately document incident resolution and knowledge management.

11. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.

12. Willing to work in the Night Shift.

Good to have

1. Experience on Snooper, Fiddler, Call Quality Dashboard etc.

2. Experience in Active Directory and Group Policy.
