Role : Work experience as a Cafe Manager or Store Manager,
Job Profile : ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines. Manage day-to-day operations of the caf . Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses. Ensure all cafe areas are clean and tidy promoting and marketing the business. Overseeing stock levels ordering supplies. Handling customer enquiries and complaints, greeting and advising customers. Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports assessing and improving profitability setting targets.
