• Should have Hands-on experience in Team management and KPI s like AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition,
  Occupancy, Rostering.
• BPO experience is mandatory
• Should have managed Team and worked towards bottom quartile.
• Should be comfortable working from office
• US Shift
• 5 days a week
