Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Intern (Talent Acquisition) who will support the recruitment process and help meet the company's hiring goals. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Learning and applying recruitment techniques to align with the company s strategic needs.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, initial calls, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Tracking and maintaining reports on hiring progress and other relevant recruitment metrics.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Language proficiency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati is preferred.
  • Ability to work from our office in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
  • Full-time position with 6 working days (Monday to Saturday).

Qualification :
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
Experience Required :
