Job Summary

Responsibilities

After an onboarding period where the team member will be fully trained on Saas, softwares and solutions, she/he will

  • Deliver full demos of Saas, softwares, assessments and other solutions, to prospects and clients
  • Deliver full training to independent contractors working for the company, making them facile with all our solutions;
  • Provide and ensure extensive technical assistance to customers in relation to any issue they may encounter, in relationship with product owner to diagnose issues;
  • Resolve technology related problems
  • Collaborate with team and client to support client deliverable deadlines, working on assigned projects as needed
  • Analyze digital content providers' processes and identify opportunities to accelerate digitizing books and releasing them faster
  • Respond in a timely way to product-related inquiries
  • Inform and trains clients about products and their use
  • Document customer needs
  • Report customer feedback
  • Coordinate with the sales team

Education and skills

  • Bachelor in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or relevant field with an average acumen in the Human Resources Industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of digital technologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of service
  • Strong team spirit
  • Agility and flexibility
  • Fluent in English and French. Another European language appreciated.
