We are looking for a deadline-focused Technical Recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions. The Technical Recruiter responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from meeting with hiring managers to write job descriptions to sourcing the best talent to offer roll out. You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities and Duties

To understand the requirements provided by the client
Prepare a quotation and send it to the client for further discussion with our Business Development team
Drafting project scope of work and sharing it with client
Preparing project cost structure and propose right pricing to client
Negotiate and structure financial details
Prepare commercial documents (MoUs, PO, NDA, contact agreements, etc.)
Research vendors based on project requirement
Handle vendor accounts in terms of evaluating, purchasing, negotiations, purchase order etc
Experience on working on Microsoft word and excel is must
Prepare project profit and loss reports on regular basis
