Software Tester Job in Techizer Tech Solutions

As a software tester, you ll be involved in the quality assurance stage of software development and deployment. You ll conduct manual and automated tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose and any bugs or issues are removed before it gets deployed. Play a key role in software quality improvement.

Job Description
Primarily responsible for testing and monitoring websites and web applications on multiple desktops and mobile by applying quality-assurance methods.
Test mobile commercial applications across multiple handsets adhering to carrier standard checklist.
Develop capabilities in Mobile Internet testing space.
Identify test scenarios for web site solutions produced by the team
Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.
Executing tests on software usability.
Analysing the functional and non-functional requirements and design Test Scenarios and Test cases
Writing and executing GUI, Functional, Regression, Security, and Performance related test cases in Mobility and Web Based.
Actively investigate interesting new tools and techniques. Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause Identification and resolution
Document results of testing and report any defects in a clear and comprehensive manner. Monitor and update bug reports as needed including bug closure report.
Testing Mobile apps on various operating systems e.g. iOS, Android using various devices e.g. Apple, iPad, Tab, Android etc
Test script writing, using defect management tools like QC/Jira/ Bugzilla / Redmine
Mobile Application Testing
Web Based Testing
Must be detail-oriented, possess programming skills, and have a commitment to accuracy.
Undergoing Training and Skill Up gradation as and when required.
