    Financial Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software and spreadsheets.
  • Record and classify financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable:
  • Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers, follow up on outstanding payments, and manage accounts receivable.
  • Bank Reconciliation:
  • Reconcile bank statements regularly to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Expense Management:
  • Track and report on company expenses.
  • Verify expense reports submitted by employees and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Financial Reporting:
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Generate financial reports and provide data for management decision-making.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Collaborate with the Finance Manager in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor and report on budget variances.
  • Tax Compliance:
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • Auditing:
  • Support external auditors during financial audits.
  • Address audit queries and implement audit recommendations.
  • Financial Analysis:
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic financial decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
  • Vendor and Client Relations:
  • Maintain positive relationships with vendors and clients in financial matters.
  • Address financial inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
