  • Maintain training records, track attendance, and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and assist in data analysis for HR metrics.
  • Compliance and Policies:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Performance Management:
  • Support performance management processes, including goal-setting, evaluations, and feedback.
  • Help maintain performance appraisal records and assist in performance improvement plans.
