Job Summary
- Minimum IT experience of 12-15 years.
- Should have managed at least 4-5 Project Managers directly.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Prior experience of working with Indian Customers would be a big plus.
- Extensive background in development and delivering complex projects throughout the lifecycle.
- Delivery Management objectives in Onshore & Offshore Model for multiple clients across the globe.
- Project planning and progress monitoring, including budget control and milestone control.
- Creative problem solver, able to build contingency plans and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
- Provide leadership and direction to the Delivery teams. Handle Operational issues related to the Delivery.
- Provide technical support and participate in the Change Control Board and/ or change control process.
- Become the Single point of contact for delivery and act as an advocate between Delivery and the Customer.
- Drive and coordinate crisis management.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
