Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented team player to oversee the entire product lifecycle, from strategy development to evaluation. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to define product roadmaps, identify new opportunities, and drive product success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and articulate the product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Lead product planning and execution across all stages of the product lifecycle, including roadmap planning, release planning, and sprint planning.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize product and customer requirements to optimize product development.
  • Work closely with engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop well-structured user stories using INVEST techniques.
  • Prioritize user stories for sprints and facilitate backlog refinement sessions in collaboration with the technical team.
  • Conduct sprint review sessions to assess progress and outcomes.
  • Utilize Agile estimation techniques to estimate the product backlog effectively.
  • Create wireframe prototypes and document system requirements comprehensively.
  • Collaborate with peers to define best practices and enhance project delivery efficiency.
  • Maintain documentation of system requirements using Jira and Confluence.
  • Develop and monitor data-driven analytics to support product performance and decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Business Analyst.
  • Engineering background is a plus.
  • Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
  • Certifications in Product Management and Business Analysis are preferred.
