Minimum Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze competitor activities and market demands to shape effective strategies.
  • Lead Generation
    • Build and qualify leads through networking, cold calls, and digital marketing initiatives.
    • Develop a strong sales pipeline targeting sectors like healthcare, finance, and technology.
  • Relationship Management
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing clients.
    • Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Sales Strategy
    • Create and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to design targeted campaigns and promotional content.
  • Proposal Development
    • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, technical solutions, and project estimates.
    • Negotiate and close contracts to drive business growth.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with technical teams to ensure client needs are met and solutions are delivered efficiently.
    • Partner with product managers to align offerings with current market demands.
  • Performance Tracking
    • Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics, and provide regular updates to management.
    • Adjust strategies based on performance insights and client feedback.
  • Networking
    • Attend industry events and conferences to promote our services and generate new business.
    • Build a strong network of industry contacts to support business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience: Proven track record in business development or sales in the IT industry
  • Skills: Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions
  • Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Skills:
