Job Summary

Job summary and Responsibilities Work with business users and internal team members to: Research/analyze/define/propose/design/document/implement solution to achieve business objectives regarding job scheduling automation tools. Maintain, Enhance and Troubleshoot existing functionality and Design, Develop, Peer review, Test new functionality to deliver efficient and high-quality solution. Experience in below focus areas: Must have exceptional Appworx/Automic Skills. Must possess technical versatility of managing, administering Workload Automation system and performing tasks in job scheduling automation tools. Excellent Troubleshooting skills are a must in this position. Expectation to satisfactorily complete job responsibilities include: Technical problem solver able to identify multiple parallel options for solving a given business problem. Ability to work collaboratively as part of team and remain accountable for individual deliverables. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Ability to communicate in verbal and written formats, clearly, concisely and effectively, with peers, management and business users and stakeholders. Ability to quickly understand and learn new concepts and frameworks Ability to work without supervision on large and/or extended term projects. Experienced with all phases of software cycle including solution design, code development, unit testing, functional testing, code review, quality acceptance testing/user acceptance testing, deployment and post release support Knowledge and understanding of common project management concepts and Agile based project delivery Knowledge and understanding of standard software development principles and experienced in use of software management tools like Jira and source code version control systems like BitBucket Knowledge and understanding of general ITIL concepts
