We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Relationship Executive with IT Coordination experience to join our team. This hybrid role blends technical support with client relationship management to ensure operational efficiency and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication via email, phone, and social media.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to boost satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing strategies with client goals.
- Track and report on customer service metrics and KPIs to improve service quality.
- Gather client feedback and relay it to the product and development teams for service improvement.
IT Coordinator / Technical Support
- Manage and maintain internal IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Coordinate with marketing and development teams to implement IT strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Ensure data protection, system security, and IT compliance.
- Stay current with emerging IT technologies and recommend system improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology (BCA/MCA/B.E/B.Tech), or related field.
- 2 5+ years of experience in customer service, client handling, or IT coordination roles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical proficiency in IT infrastructure management, remote access tools, and ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho CRM preferred), helpdesk tools (Zoho Desk), and remote desktop software (Anydesk, TeamViewer, Ultraviewer).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
