Job Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with 2 to 5+ years of experience to join our creative team. This full-time remote position offers the opportunity to design impactful and engaging graphics for websites, product packaging, print media, marketing campaigns, and more. Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze design briefs to understand project requirements.
• Create design concepts, layouts, illustrations, logos, and visual assets for various digital and print media.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketing teams, and creative directors to develop final visuals.
• Prepare and present rough drafts for feedback and approval.
• Use appropriate color schemes, typography, and branding elements to create visually appealing graphics.
• Revise designs based on feedback and ensure final versions align with brand guidelines.
• Test graphics across multiple platforms and formats.
• Maintain consistency in visual language across all company materials.
• Manage multiple design projects within deadlines and budget constraints.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
• 2 5+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing a variety of work including branding, illustrations, and digital graphics.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other graphic design tools.
• Understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Zoho Projects, Zoho Sprints, Confluence, and Zoho CRM.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work methodically under pressure.
