Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and energetic International Sales Executive Lead Generation (Voice Process) to join our fast-growing team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for generating qualified B2B leads through outbound international calls and supporting the sales team in converting opportunities. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Initiate outbound cold calls to international prospects to generate new business opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Effectively communicate the value of our IT and digital marketing services to potential customers.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess potential clients against defined criteria to ensure alignment with target customer profiles.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system (Zoho CRM or similar).
  • Sales Pitching: Craft and deliver clear, engaging, and persuasive messages tailored to the prospect s business needs.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain a consistent follow-up strategy to keep leads warm and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align messaging, improve conversion strategies, and optimize campaigns.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs, including call volume, qualified leads, and appointments set.
  • Market Feedback: Share insights on lead quality, objections, and call performance to improve future outreach efforts.

Requirements and Skills

  • Experience: 2 5+ years of experience in international telemarketing, lead generation, or outbound voice process roles
  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written), with a confident and professional phone presence
  • Sales Aptitude: Strong ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close appointment opportunities
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot
  • Self-Motivated: Highly goal-oriented and target-driven with a proven record of meeting performance metrics
  • Time Management: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage high call volumes
  • Resilience: Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in B2B sales or working in IT services, SaaS, or digital marketing domain
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and cold-calling scripts
  • Comfortable working across different time zones for international outreach

Educational Qualification
