The ideal candidate will analyze business needs, support data-driven decision making, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the liaison between IT departments and executive management.
  • Understand and translate strategic business goals into technical requirements.
  • Analyze and improve IT products, services, and business processes.
  • Evaluate technical system designs and business models.
  • Leverage IT data to provide actionable business insights.
  • Identify and implement new technologies to solve business challenges.
  • Prepare reports on application development and project implementation.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze outcomes to guide business decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and deliverables.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage teams and projects efficiently.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, NoSQL.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Zoho Sprints, Zoho Projects, Zoho Bugtracker, Confluence, GitHub, and Zoho CRM.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with a solid understanding of Scrum ceremonies.
