Overview

Technothinksup Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to join our team. As the voice of our company, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
• Respond to customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions or services.
• Promote company products and services effectively.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolution of inquiries.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams for seamless customer experience.
• Continuously update product, service, and promotion knowledge.
• Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate empathy in all interactions.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage and de-escalate difficult conversations.
• Multilingual proficiency (English, Hindi, Marathi) is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM software and call center systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling high call volumes.
• Customer-focused with a strong desire to help and resolve issues.
