Job Overview

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 2 to 5+ years of experience to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our software products. This remote position involves collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to transform user requirements into seamless digital experiences for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze user requirements in partnership with product teams and engineers.
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to visualize design concepts.
• Design user interface elements such as menus, tabs, buttons, and widgets.
• Create interactive prototypes and UI mockups to illustrate site functionality and aesthetics.
• Produce original graphic designs, including images, sketches, and layout tables.
• Present design drafts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Identify and resolve UX issues including responsiveness and usability problems.
• Implement layout revisions based on user feedback to enhance user satisfaction.
• Ensure designs comply with brand style guidelines on fonts, colors, and imagery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and project impact.
• Proficiency with wireframe and prototyping tools such as Wireframe.cc, InVision, Figma, and Adobe XD.
• Expertise in graphic design software including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.
