UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to transform complex software into intuitive, user-friendly products for our clients. The role involves gathering user requirements, designing visual elements, and creating seamless navigation components to ensure a smooth digital experience.

Success in this position requires hands-on experience with design tools and wireframing platforms. A portfolio showcasing web or mobile application design is highly preferred. Your ultimate goal will be to deliver engaging, functional, and aesthetic designs that satisfy user needs and support our business growth.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Illustrate design concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Design graphical user interface elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and buttons.
• Develop navigation systems including page transitions and search functionality.
• Create high-quality UI mockups and prototypes to demonstrate functionality and layout.
• Design original graphics including illustrations, icons, and layout components.
• Present draft designs to internal stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Identify and resolve UX issues including responsiveness and usability challenges.
• Adapt layouts based on real user feedback and usability test results.
• Maintain consistency by adhering to branding and style guidelines for fonts, colors, and imagery.

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Portfolio showcasing completed design projects (web and/or mobile).
• Proficiency in wireframing tools such as Wireframe.cc, InVision, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of design software including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe XD.
• Experience with tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Educational Qualification

UG: BCA / MCA / Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT or related fields
