WordPress Developer

We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to design and implement functional, visually appealing websites. This role includes both front-end and back-end development, WordPress theme/plugin implementation, and site integration/security updates.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss website design and functional goals.
• Design and build website front-ends.
• Create website architecture and structure.
• Manage website back-end including database and server integration.
• Generate custom WordPress themes and plugins.
• Conduct website performance tests and troubleshooting.
• Train clients on WordPress usage.
• Monitor and optimize live website performance.
• Convert Figma or Adobe XD designs into WordPress websites.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience as a WordPress developer.
• Proficient in CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
• Familiarity with Git, Mercurial, SVN for version control.
• Experience with debugging tools like Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
• Strong understanding of website architecture and design aesthetics.
• Project management and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with WP Bakery and Elementor plugins.
• Knowledge of SEO practices and WordPress SEO plugins like Yoast SEO.

Bootstrap, HTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, Shopify

Tools & Technologies

Figma, Photoshop, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Zoho CRM, JIRA, GitHub, Timedoctor

Development Methodologies

Agile (Scrum, Kanban) strong knowledge of Scrum ceremonies required.

Educational Qualification

UG: BCA, MCA, Diploma, B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related field
