Monitoring development activities and reporting project progress to Team Lead.
Managing, mentoring and providing technical guidance / support to project team.
Review / Improve upon current processes / methodologies with Team Lead.
Improve the technical competence of the assigned team through training & development of existing and new team members.
Guiding 2-3 junior members.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Create innovative applications for the iPhone/iPad.
Develop quality code for the iOS platform using cutting-edge techniques, tools and utilities.
Research and innovate ways to leverage the different fundamentals through mobile technology.
Analyze, design, and develop complex applications for iPhone/iPad.
