Job Title: UI Developer

Location: Remote Work

Techolution is looking for an expert UI Developer to lead the development and set benchmarks in coding. This role will be creating an impact on designs that are practical and focused on engaging the user of an app or website or program. One should be an early technology adopter and practice Agile Management.

Responsibilities:

• Create fast and functional and intuitive interfaces for our services
• Own what you build as you prototype, create, optimize, test, deploy, and refine the front end of our pages and services
• Drive huge impact by optimizing, fixing, and changing things with our continuous deployment systems
• Build efficient and reusable front-end systems and abstractions. Build next-generation web applications
• Work with designers/backend engineers to deliver new features/interfaces
• Help drive continuous improvement in our approach to software development, with extreme commitment to quality, innovation, efficiency, and culture
• Design, develop, deploy and support front-end UI for world-class enterprise-level products.
• Promote centralized technical architecture and design processes.
• Implement new design specifications and raise front-end code standards.
• Service a wide range of complex projects, assignments, and issues.
• Optimize the usability, accessibility, performance, and scalability of FICO software products.
• Collaborate with back-end developers on topics such as database architecture, performance, security, and privacy.
• Front-end guidance and mentorship across the team.

Non Negotiable Skills Required:

• Experience writing semantically clean HTML and CSS.
• Development experience in Javascript and DOM APIs.
• Expertise in one of the Javascript frameworks (Angular/React/Vue) and should have an inclination towards learning other frameworks.
• Facility with source control, particularly git and Github, as used in multi-developer projects.
• Demonstrable knowledge of unit and e2e testing methodologies and tools, particularly as applied to JavaScript development.
• Experience working with User Experience teams and an agile User-Centered design process.
• A strong eye for detail and ability to write elegant, well-commented, readable code.
• A history-building consensus with other disciplines.

Negotiable Skills:

• Experience with typescript, PWA, Performance Optimisation, Load Optimisation.
• Working knowledge of Sass, Less, BEM, Responsive design, Tailwind, Bootstrap.
• Understanding of RxJS, Redux, MobX, ngrx/Store.
• Knowledge of Design Patterns and MVC.
