Must have hands-on experience with MEAN / MERN stack. Have strong React.js/Node.js/JavaScript fundamentals. Experience with modern front-end builds pipelines and tools. Experience with building large-scale distributed and real-time applications. Experience with MongoDB and MySQL. Experience with Amazon AWS and Node.js Process deployments, PM2 process manager (Preferable). Proper Knowledge of newer features like State Management, React Hooks, React Fragments, etc. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Excellent debugging skills. Experience leading a team of at least 5 people. Excellent problem-solving skills and experimenting with new technologies to implement challenging features. Lead, Monitor, and Control execution of sprint to be within timeframe and budget. Mentor and help the team with any issues.
