Software Tester Job in Techriser

• The Software Test Engineer will be responsible for manual testing of internal and vendor-supplied software and systems, including those associated with smartphones and telecommunications products.

• Write test plans from the requirements, specifications, and test strategies.
• Debugging and determining the root cause.
• Planning, authoring, debugging and executing performance test.
• Knowledge of Design, Execution, and Reviews of Test cases and Test Scripts.
• Good knowledge of Manual Testing.
• Involved in GUI testing, Functional and Regression Testing, knowledge about Test Director.
• Manual testing (Website Testing).
• Mobile testing (iPhone/Android, 2D & 3D Game / Web application testing).
• Writing report on the test results and quality problems and analyses of the same.
• Reports results to the QA manager.
• Raise an alert when an important issue is likely to put in jeopardy the whole project.

• Ability to do strong root cause analysis.
• Strong understanding of QA processes and concepts including test case preparation, and testing methodologies.
• Use versioning systems to code test scripts.
• Create and perform test campaigns whenever it is necessary to fit in the overall planning.
• Use a bug tracking database to report bugs.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
