This position involves performing code reviews, understanding client requirements, and creating work breakdown structures. You will also work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met, and will lead the development efforts in both software development and support projects.

Position Overview:

As a Spring Boot Lead Developer, you will be accountable for the technical leadership and delivery of software systems, managing full-cycle development from design to deployment. You will guide the team in development best practices, provide technical documentation, and ensure software systems are running smoothly, especially in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design, development, installation, testing, and maintenance of software systems using Spring Boot and associated technologies.
• Perform code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
• Understand client requirements and break them down into actionable tasks.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and ensure that their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
• Work on production systems, debugging and resolving issues as they arise.
• Develop and follow standard SDLC methodologies to produce results that are measurable, timely, and aligned with project goals.
• Create and maintain project standards for development, tools, platforms, and methodologies to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency.
• Provide updated technical documentation reflecting the latest enhancements or releases.
• Assist in reviewing current technical architecture, including design patterns and development methodologies.
• Be flexible and willing to work across different technologies and various stages of the software development cycle.
